eCommerce Product Manager- PERM ROLE IN NJ

Our client is seeking ECommerce Product and technical leadership to strengthen and streamline existing internal systems and support external Partnerships to respond to their ECommerce Clients, and ensure they are providing a high level of service and creating a strong  ECommerce customer experience.

To ensure seamless integration with their clients ECommerce platforms, supporting the  producing of shipping labels, tracking parcels, posting pricing to their EComm platform, Company website and/or shopping cart.

The ECommerce Product Manager will function as the " Project Manager", working collaboratively with cross functional teams, and directly with the client to identify any problems, and create solutions for new and emergent technologies.

The ECommerce Product Manager  needs to possess, understand and have experience within the eCommerce landscape, be knowledgeable on ECommerce platforms, market places, and Partnerships that relate to shipping platforms.

Must be able to keep abreast of  various eCommerce technologies work within that ecosystem.  Previous experience working with some/all of these technology areas is valuable. 

Responsibilities:
  • Program manage and implement international shipping and logistics capabilities in collaboration with tech teams and external parties.
  • Review, streamline and improve current processes and technical systems to drive efficiency working with external partners.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, the internal staff and Partners to solve problems, add solutions and provide expert insight
  • Build business cases to support any logistics changes or improvements. Drive cross functional support.
  • Solicit new partnerships based on need and have the ability to cost justify in writing and present verbally to gain commitment from internal Executives to proceed with possible integration/partnership.

Skills/Qualities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Strong technical background with experience in technical product, program and/or project management. 
  • Strong knowledge of API capabilities and structure.
  • eCommerce experience

Desirable:
  • Knowledge of international supply chain logistics
