E Commerce   Marketing Associate

Associate will be responsible for assisting in the management, maintenance and customer service of our direct-to-consumer ecommerce and website initiatives.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Manage ecommerce customer service including our website chat, email and phone and liaison between customer service and marketing for ecommerce related initiatives
  • Upload and monitor website content across brand, product and resources
  • Monitor and maintain subscription/ecommerce program including but not limited to:
    • Order/inventory monitoring and reporting
    • Maintenance
    • Product audits
    • Communicating with operations and logistics for fulfillment communications and inventory
    • Customer satisfaction
    • Program strategy and expansion
  • Support website initiatives including:
    • 3rd party partners
    • A/B testing and personalization
    • Coordinate and upload content and campaign calendar for the website
    • Ongoing competitive landscape monitoring/analysis and website/ consumer analytics & reporting
  • Learn and be mentored in SEO and work as the coordinator of internal and external parties for all SEO related initiatives and projects


  • Bachelor’ s degree in business or related functional discipline 
  • 1-2 years working in digital marketing or direct to consumer ecommerce related area of business
  • Experience with Magento a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in excel
