Supported Business Solutions: eCommerce platform, BizTalk, WebServices/API, Microsoft ERP, Warehouse Management system, Cybersource payments platform, Electronic invoice system and any new system post implementation

.Manage day to day support activities through  ticketing system: bug, setup, mass updates…

.Perform daily monitoring activities: systems, interfaces, reconciliations / data consistency.

Escalate and work in coordination with the AMERICAS and Central AMERICAS when needed.

Participate in recurring meetings to monitor support activities and specific support requirements for users.

This is a Direct report to the Americas Digital team:

-Alert / escalate any issues that are not fixed or require higher level of expertise

-Communicate any recurring activities that require long term fixes.

-Works in conjunction with the eCommerce business teams  and external partners when required
PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
Ideal education, previous work experience, special skills (e.g., foreign languages), and personal characteristics.  Prioritize by:  

Fully proficient (1), some knowledge and ability to develop greater competency (2), preferred but not required (3).

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot, requests and formalize a synthesized status to development team / next level of expertise.

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a team with other department members, users or consultants.

  • Good level of collaboration and communication with multiple types of user groups.

  • Good writing skills.

  • Web Development B2B/B2C

  • Microsoft Dynamics

  • Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Logistics functional skills

  • JIRA/Confluence

  • Ideally experienced in international / multi-brands context + knowledge about luxury industry / retail industry

Profile:

  • University degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Digital and eCommerce support role

  • Fluent spoken & written English (good command of French an advantage)
