Seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Manager to support the VP of Digital Marketing in managing our clients B2B eCommerce website and online business in a new role that will be responsible for increasing revenue and profit margins, site conversion (through UX) and site AOV (through merchandising)
Successful candidates will deliver results by optimizing the website. Candidates will be measured on traffic, conversions, revenue, margin, AOV and other KPIs.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, TASKS:
Work with Marketing to incorporate into the web sites experience the user Personae’ s and relevant Buyer Journeys (on desktop, mobile, tablet, etc.) so as to best guide roadmap for site functionality and UX design.
Develop and manage functionality and UX roadmap. Work with developers and UX staff or self-implement where feasible.
Set up and run A/B testing to optimize results.
Working with the database and technology team to execute site enhancements that improve overall UX, traffic and revenue optimization
Build, optimize, and scale organic (e.g., conversion and revenue generation, user sign-ups)
Set up new onsite targeted merchandising to drive AOV and conversion
Work with Product Information database team and Product Managers to best define UX utilization of Product Information for Search, Faceted Filtering, Navigation and the Results UX display at the Product results, Group, SKU group and SKU level.
Drive campaign optimization by testing new techniques, analyzing performance data, and shifting resources to top performing campaign elements
Prepare regular reports across all revenue streams generated by the business
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
Must have achieved a Bachelors degree
2 to 3 years online marketing and e-commerce site management experience
Experience in A/B testing
Experience in Site Search tools and techniques
Experience in an E-Commerce platform is required. Magento or similar
Experience in B2B requirements is a plus
Proficiency in excel, power point and word is essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong work ethic
Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
Excellent Analytical Skills
Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
