Seeking a Web Engineer to join our development team to support our existing operations and help forge a path towards more efficient, secure, and reliable application ecosystem.

We are seeking a candidate with a variety of professional experiences ranging from backend web development, CI/CD automation, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a versatile skillset, is naturally curious, learns quickly, has strong communication skills, is organized and methodical, and is willing and able to learn and adapt. Responsibilities: • Own and augment existing CI / CD automation processes • Define and implement automated processes to maintain the security and functionality of existing sites • Contribute to the transformation of existing apps and infrastructure to managed cloud • Cloud services admin responsibilities - primarily AWS • Assist with deployment and operational troubleshooting activities, propose corrective measures • Liaison with AppSec and dev team to participate in activities relating to SSDLC

Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in backend web technologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - active contributions to documentation are expected • Solid knowledge of Linux, Apache, comfortable with command line and scripting • Prior experience with CI/CD automation tools (Jenkins preferred) as well as configuration management tools (Ansible preferred) • Knowledge of basic networking, DNS, SSL, and domain management • Experience with AWS in a production capacity, knowledgeable of available cloud services and concepts • Fluency with Git and development workflow best practices • Strong grasp of general app and web security concepts, training courses will be provided

Going bike riding and taking family vacations are great. She loves summers at a Long Island beach home, going fishing with her boys and spending time at the pool and at the beach!
