My Client' s  Game Development Team is seeking a Unity Game Architect eager to learn and grow alongside our team of high-impact developers. You will work with teams of programmers, mathematicians, artists and sound engineers to assist  in ushering in a new era of unrivaled gaming experiences in Unity. You will participate in the creative process from start to finish while improving game play. You will play a pivotal role in deprecating the Flash Game Engine and create the Unity Game Engine that will be used for years to come!
Responsibilities:
? Create Architectures that allows for delivering product fast and with quality
? Manage, design, implement, debug, and document new game systems and tools in Unity
? Create clean, efficient, and well-tested code
? Follow coding standards and best practices
? Make comprehensive architecture documents
? Work cohesively with a team of programmers, artists, and designers
? Provide accurate time estimates for tasks and work within those constraints
? Research new game-authoring technology

Requirements:
? Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures
? Extensive experience with an excellent knowledge of the Unity 3D Engine
? Outstanding knowledge of the optimization and debugging process in Unity
? Strong understanding of UML
? Working knowledge of 3D math
? Some Shader understanding is a plus
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skill
? Must have a passion for creating great games
? Team player, good communication skills
? BS in Computer Science or equivalent

Highly Desirable:
? Released at least one game on a current-generation game console
? Familiar with server communication standards and protocols
? Knowledge of DevOps, LiveOps and gaming monetization strategies
? Experience with task management software such as Jira
