Seeking a seasoned technology leader who has developed enterprise DAM platforms. You  will lead cross-functional teams implementing workflows and feature development.   You need to have a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development, its tools and methods for success

The Technical DAM Specialist will lead a global engineering team as well as drive strategic vendor partnerships to deliver creative asset solutions for my clients Global DAM. Will establish strong partnerships with other functions including product management, business process, PMO, marketing and media to deliver business value through technology

? Own development processes for large scale Nuxeo DAM platform
? Establish great rapport with other engineering teams, product managers, business partners and cross-
functional stakeholders to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration
? Lead engineering teams distributed across locations globally
? Ensure teams have appropriate direction and balance between short-term impact and long term vision
? Drive strategic vendor partnerships; ensure vendors deliver to established program/project vision and
? Understand workflow strategies of all  brands, and partner with product management lead to define
creative technology roadmap
? Communicate stakeholders across the firm on key technology initiatives – including business benefits,
status, progress, and risks/dependencies
? Utilize and stay current with modern platforms and methods

? 7+ years of progressive IT experience with 3 years of experience working in a project management and
team leadership capacity
? Strong experience leading globally distributed teams to deliver technology solutions or digital products
? Experience deploying agile ways-of-working to large globally distributed teams
? Experience leading large scale technology implementation programs
? Experience managing external (vendor or customer) partnerships
? Experience with Nuxeo or other enterprise DAM implementation
? Deep understanding of Metadata and Enterprise Taxonomy

Technical Skills:
? Java or JavaScript engineering (jquery, Node.js, polymer, React, Angular, etc.
? Modern indexing architecture (ElasticSearch, SOLR, Lucene, etc.)
? SQL database abstraction / ORM technology
? Modern NoSQL database (Couch, MongoDB, Cassandra, Hbase, MarkLogic etc.)
? Queueing or message service (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)
? Key value store (Redis, memcached, Riak, Dynamo, etc.)
? Development and implementation with at least one public cloud provider (including technologies such
as EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDB S3, Elasticache, etc.)
? Experience with at least one containerization technology (docker) and its orchestration (Helm, Habitat,
Rancher, Kubernetes, Openshift, etc.)

Education: Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or relevant experience.

? Proven ability to influence decision making at all levels within an organization
? Strong project management skills
? In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles/Deep understanding of the customer centric
Product Mindset

? Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
? Strong understanding of digital asset management technologies and products for the enterprise
