Position Overview:

Working closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Sr. Manager Integrated Marketing/Customer Relationship Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing integrated marketing programs via online and offline methods across multiple marketing & communications channels that include direct marketing, e-marketing, telesales, field sales, and channel sales. The Sr, Manager will  coordinate  with marketing, sales, product, e-commerce, customer service, business analysis, graphics and other internal and external departments to turn marketing strategies into profitable programs for acquiring, developing and retaining customers. The Sr. Manager monitors and reports on program results, continuously enhancing customer relationships and optimizing marketing spend.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, support and maintain successful marketing programs and campaigns that drive meaningful improvement in key KPI' s such as response rates, conversion rates, cost-to-acquire, customer retention, share of wallet and lifetime value
  • Coordinate activities of internal and external resources necessary to program implementation (creative, web, sales, SEO, IT, etc.)
  • Define, create, and deliver sales tools that enable channel partners to increase revenue. Set up statistically valid tests, review results, and modify ensuing campaigns appropriately
  • Evaluate and report on goals, results, challenges, and achievements, communicating key findings in a concise and timely manner and making recommendations and program modifications accordingly.
  • Research, recommend and implement innovative programs that lead to increased sales
  • Develop and execute launch plans and marketing strategies for new product introductions/launches and work as the liaison between product management, marketing, and sales to develop  sales  force and customer communications.
  • Solicit channel and customer feedback to formulate recommendations for new programs and enhancements to existing programs.
  • Support programs & campaigns with social media activity including relevant postings to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, blog, etc.
  • Lead internal communication strategy to ensure stakeholders as well as upstream and downstream are well-informed regarding marketing programs.
  • Manage expenditures to ensure all activities at or below annual budget.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, ability to manage own time effectively and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years working on a variety of B2B marketing campaigns involving multiple online and offline channels
  • Knowledge of MSDynamics CRM a plus
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to influence others, and comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and project-management skills. Proven ability to interpret data and draw relevant insights.
  • Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to solve business challenges, and sell them throughout the organization.
  • Ability to identify, build and maintain effective relationships with mid- and senior-level management and other key stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, ability to manage own time effectively and meet deadlines.

 

Bachelor' s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
