Partner with business and technology leaders on the end to end scaled agile flow with a focus on process optimization and measurable results.

Success in this role will involve a sharp focus on delivery to product roadmaps and flow of customer value, a keen ability to facilitate discussions of project dependencies and risks, and coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) practices and mindsets.  Accountable for driving the strategic, org-wide execution of the SAFE construct and the PI Flow. 

Work with Value Stream Leaders and key executive stakeholders to drive ongoing clarity of strategy, decisions, and execution alignment.  Drive visibility and transparency of dates, milestones, and dependencies throughout the PI Process. 

Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups (programs) with competing priorities. 

Foster constructive and pro-active communication across organizational boundaries to ensure PI goals and priorities, key decisions, and status is clear to all. 

Be an advocate and educator within Audible of Agile and SAFE best practices. Maintain a strong connection with resources outside the organization to bring in recent research, data, and tools that can continue to mature Agile. 

Assess skill sets to coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile practices and mindsets in planning, execution, and launch. 

Define best-of tooling and automation to optimize data flow and accessibility through Program Teams and the PI Process.  Optimize PI Planning readiness by fostering preparation of Vision, Backlogs, and Ideation processes.  Facilitate synchronization meetings such as mid-PI assessments or Scrum of Scrum meetings.

She was able to secure him an interview, and he not only landed at the company – he stayed there for 10 years and earned himself two promotions! Another time, she had a candidate who was out of work for two years. After spending a considerable amount of time introducing him to companies, he ended up landing a job with her help, which saved him from losing his home. At the end of the day, it’s really all about fit and finding that right opportunity. Tricia saw it through because she truly cared about seeing his success!

Her goal is to be the number one recruiter for finding the right talent to support ERP packages. Tricia wants to be positioned as someone who listens and truly understands the job market- a capable counsel for job seekers looking for new opportunity. Outside of the office, she loves hiking, especially in Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor, Maine. Tricia also enjoys reading and loves to cook (she's a pescatarian).
