- Candidate will work with a variety of Projects, anything from a new Vendor, new products or new Categories. Full SDLC - the PM will follow project from beginning to end, including costing. When it is all ready and approved, the PM will transfer it to the Procurement Department.
Prepare and Manage a weekly meeting with Sales, Marketing & Procurement.
Prepare and Manage a monthly cyclic planning and forecasting.
Prepare, coordinate with different departments for Client' s annual meeting for sales budget for the following year.
Manage all records regarding Trademark registrations and renewals.
Organize or assist other departments in organizing trade shows.
Attend trade shows.
Might require some international travel (light).
Occasional market visits (supermarkets, store in NY, NJ, CT, and Eastern PA). For example: company just started selling in Amazon.
Must be very good with numbers, EXCEL Pivot tables, etc., costing.
Works closely with Ecuadorian Office managing projects.
This person MUST be 100% bilingual English-Spanish: read, write and speak both languages
