The Project Manager for Network Infrastructure Delivery is a Customer-facing role, to develop and execute the project plans for efficient service delivery for end- Customers at a national or international scale!
The Project Manager (PM) oversees the delivery of multiple internal and/or external projects; typically, these projects will include minimally multiple site locations per customer implementation. The PM is responsible for effective and successful communication about all aspects of multiple projects with the customer and the Client Account Manager, Customer Success Life-cycle Executive, Engineering, Network Operations Center (NOC) and others.
RESPONSIBILITIES: You will lead customer project meetings, provide customer project plans and weekly Project updates/status reports. Collect data on key performance indicators and work statuses.
The PM supervises project activities of project staff across multiple projects. They also perform analysis of and reports on project data, including milestones, budgeting, on time delivery, and errors.
Activities - Creation and ownership of project plans using Project Management Tools including Microsoft Project, SmartSheets, and other tools for every project, as well as Project Update/Status Reports
-QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’ s Degree
Work Experience: 2-10 years
Requires advanced PM skills, resource and allocation skills, Excel, Bill of Material. Also knows Budgeting, PM Methodology, and demonstrates strong Business-side writing and presentation skills.
Certifications: not required, but a plus:
PMP (or pursuing)
