Job Description


We are looking for a committed, proactive Program Operations Assistant to work collaboratively with our Sales team on specific short- and long-term projects. In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the Manager, coordinate with all necessary vendors and service providers, and ensure that the project is moving forward on time and on budget. You will also assist in client relations by being the main point of contact for questions and issues. The Program Operations Assistant needs to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, working to ensure that contract terms are met throughout the duration of the contract

  • Reviewing and tracking service contracts and renewals

  • Ensuring consistent management of documents, and that they are properly entered in organizational databases and securely maintained

  • Resolving client questions, issues, and complaints

  • Communicating between clients and internal teams

  • Keeping up with profitability statements for projects

 

Requirements:

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

  • Self-motivated and self-directed

  • Bachelor’ s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field

  • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
