PPM (Project Intake & Prioritization process) coordinator

Seeking a Project Coordinator (consultant), to help coordinate a Project Intake and Prioritization process (PPM) to identify requirements, help oversee a proof of concept, then coordinate that effort.
The initial responsibility is to assist in enabling a Project Intake and Prioritization process for IT. The process would then be rolled out to the rest of the company and it' s subsidiaries on the business side.
Phase 1 will be for IT, and then a single intake process for the organization
This is ideally hybrid person.someone who is adept at managing multiple projects within an organization from a high level.
Google Suite experience is a huge plus!
SharePoint is being replaced by Lumapps, (a centralized app used for internal communication)
This role can expand as the PMO will likely expand.
This is not an industry specific role.
