THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT WITH A RIGHT TO HIRE LOCATED IN PARSIPPANY.
Must have hands on eMail experience and hands on experience with a Marketing Automation platform, preferrably Eloqua, but open to other platform experience.
Campaign Design, Management and Execution: This position is responsible for executing and delivering email campaigns (utilizing the Eloqua and Compendium platform) across multiple product groups.
Partner with email marketing team, internal & external partners to execute & develop campaigns, analytics/performance tracking, A/B testing, list segmentation and management.
Marketing Systems Infrastructure: Responsible for the successful implementation, management and day to day operation of various marketing technology platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Compendium, Web Analytics, Dashboards, etc.), while overseeing Marketing Operations and day-to-day priorities and use of platforms. Develop a strategy to cleanse and segment data for efficient and effective campaign targeting and lead generation. Document all automated or manual processes related to data clean up, lead scoring, or other ongoing programs.
Measurement and Analytics: Develop reporting processes and marketing dashboards for all demand generation activities (in partnership with Digital Analytics Team). Conduct ongoing analysis of email campaigns to uncover trends and gain insights.
Process Design and Documentation: Design and document existing processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity. Develop and manage training for all technical and non-technical users and ensure adherence to process for both system and lead tracking/management.
Sales Liaison and Success Advocate: Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure leads are correctly routed and follow up on in a timely manner.
Lead Creation and Nurture Program Strategy: Identify opportunities to develop lead capture and nurture pathways, continuously monitoring and testing effectiveness. Includes multi-channel strategy.
Technical Liaison: Responsible for working in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team and the Marketing Automation DBA to ensure campaigns are deployed in a timely manner and adhere to Corporate Marketing standards
Data Management and Quality: Key stakeholder and contributor to cross-functional team responsible for data integrity and list management.
• 5-8 years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Gen/Lead Gen, Business Process Improvement, Reporting/Analysis and/or related roles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines
• Experience managing/administering a marketing automation system such as Eloqua (Preferred B2B Luminary Certification) or similar CRM system (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot)
• Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce
• Proficiency with database design concepts, data modeling, and segmentation structuring
• Detail orientated and focused on quality
• Team work / Internal communications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills required
• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
• Bachelor’ s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, preferred
• Experience developing processes leveraging both best practices (internal and external) and critical thinking as well as identify areas for process improvement
