The Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to trans-formation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities.

The BPM Planning Team operates as internal consultants across the firm, leading design and implementation of planning leading practices through transformation programs and serving as subject matter experts to business partners. 

The Manager, Business Process for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Metrics leads the Integrated Business Planning and Metrics work stream; which covers implementation of a 5-step IBP Process (Product, Demand, Supply, I/R, & MBR reviews), demand/supply balancing over long-term horizon, integration to financials to identify & resolve gaps, KPI scorecard, and enabling JDA IBP modules & BI capabilities.  The role manages cross-functional team accountable for redesign of business processes, continuous improvement of capabilities, and partnering with business units to ensure successful implementation & adoption of new processes & capabilities.



  • Operate in a leadership capacity within the IBP transformation work stream.

  • Manage design, development, implementation and ongoing continuous improvement of IBP process, tools, training, and metrics across business units.

  • For IBP, apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing current state of the enterprise, desired future state, and plan to get to the end state through logical, planned tactics. 

  • Drive BPM activities for IBP including discovery, validation, and documentation of processes, system analysis, scenario modeling and implementation of changes.

  • Collaborate with business units to facilitate taking the organization from a one-year mindset to a multi-year planning model

  • Be an Subject Matter Expert (SME) on 5-step IBP process (Product, Demand, Supply, I/R, & MBR Reviews), consensus forecasting, demand/supply balancing, financial integration, & KPI scorecards

  • Partner with IT to enable and support IBP and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting capabilities facilitating business activities including requirements definition, capability reviews, user acceptance testing, training, & adoption

  • Develop IBP “ day in the life” business process training playbooks, how-to guides, presentation standards/templates, and procedure documentation

  • Facilitate IBP education and “ day in the life” training sessions 

  • Assist businesses to develop clear understanding of “ from/to” process change impacts and create change readiness action plans, and adoption assessments.

  • Coach and mentor business units in the preparation & facilitation of the monthly 5-step IBP cycle and conduct post cycle audits/reviews to assess process adherence & identify on-going refinements

  • Define, build, and track standard IBP KPI scorecard & metrics to analyze process performance, diagnose issues, and guide continuous improvement.

  • Lead, listen and partner in the planning and tactical delivery of IBP KPI scorecard & operational reporting BI capabilities

  • Lead and facilitate cross business unit Integrated Business Planning (IBP) user forums  to exchange best practices and transfer knowledge across brands, share adoption successes and learnings, and drive  improvement opportunities

  • Assist governance, prioritization, and management of  enhancement requests across business units related to IBP continuous improvements

  • Stay abreast of industry and BPM trends in order to proactively identify areas for growth, improvement and development.



  • Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain planning operational and/or consulting experience, including: Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and integration with Commercial, Account, & Financial Planning & Analysis.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business process management or improvement and process design methods (TQM, PE, six sigma, etc.)

  • Consumer products, or apparel, company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel business with global manufacturing/sourcing.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience people management and/or cross-functional team management

  • Prefer minimum of 2 years’ experience with supply chain planning system; preferable JDA Demand, Fulfillment, Supply Planning along with exposure to IBP/S&OP software & Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools.



  • Bachelor’ s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related Business degree.  MBA a plus.

  • APICS or CSCMP certification not required but highly valued.



  • Practical experience designing and documenting business processes.

  • Ability to analyze resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems.

  • Conversant in demand, inventory, supply, and IBP/S&OP planning concepts, best practices, and advanced planning system capabilities

  • Proven ability to manage a business transformation initiative, process and system implementation project, and cross-functional teams.

  • Effective communication, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing skills with ability to interface across functional areas and at all levels of the organization

  • Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data analysis and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement

  • Proven ability to develop teams and train others in new ways of doing business

  • Proven project management skills
