Job Description


This person will be responsible of running the day to day operations of the systems integrations between the Maisons ERPs and the Digital and Supply chain solutions. He will be also in charge of leading/support locally major projects for the business on the IT scope (review IT processes and necessary systems improvements)

Back Office Application Management
  • To oversee all daily activities of the Digital & Operations IS Team, including projects, continuous improvements and daily support requests
  • To coordinate global and local initiatives in line with the Maisons roadmaps on the defined perimeter
  • To communicate effectively on projects and initiatives status with all parties involved/impacted
  • To report to management about overall operations/projects status where the team is participating in
  • To liaise with Maison Central to exchange on best practices, upcoming projects and operations attention points
  • To ensure LVMH standards are applied and followed in FG Maisons
  • To maintain and enrich ITSM tools
  • To develop, build and define Dashboard and KPIs to follow team’ s operations (Support and BO Applications Projects)
  • To think ‘ big picture’ and offer solutions of synergies and mutualization of processes and systems to the Maisons IS&T Central teams
  • To communicate and collaborate with Maisons Central IS&T and Business teams to build a synergic Systems environment

Solutions owner and enabler
  • To be a “ Super-User” and be L3 support for local business solutions et more specifically HQ business teams
  • To oversee the design, architecture and configuration of the business applications on his/her perimeter
  • To support the users on the business configurations, processes and day to day operations
  • To identify improvements opportunities in systems and processes
  • To be the sponsor/leader of local initiatives to improves the operations on the IS&T Business solutions scope
  • To specify systems requirements (business & technical) to identify feasibility and risks, considering time/budget constraints
  • To drive new solutions’ launch through scoping, developments, testing, deployment, communication and monitoring
  • To build the IS&T team projects deliverables and standardized documents and processes without burdening the day to day operations

Support
  • To oversee FG US support tickets related to Digital and Operation applications and assign tickets to relevant team members
  • To provide L2 and L3 support for Digital and Operation local and global Application inquiries
  • To analyse and provide solutions and escalations on a timely manner of business blocker tickets/requests
  • To support business teams for Digital and Operation Application fixes, improvements and deployments
  • To identify opportunities of improvements through tickets incidents and act on fixing root-causes
  • To build standard support processes and ensure adoption by users
  • To build, manage and feed the IS&T knowledge base of the IS&T tea

Procurement and Budgeting
  • To identify and lead cost efficiency initiatives if need be
  • To monitor the budgets of his/her/them projects
  • To help to build BO IS&T budget and work with BO Solutions Manager for reforecast

  • Team Management
  • To hire, train and manage an Operation analyst
  • To follow appraisal process and assess performance for direct reports
  • To identify, align and communicate teams’ objectives
  • To ensure accountability of the team in daily operations and projects (Digital & Operation Applications and support)

PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION;
  • Strong and effective interpersonal communication skills essential
  • Experience and relevant qualifications in IS&T area (Digital, Ecommerce, Wholesale, Supply Chain, Logistic, …)
  • Leadership and autonomy with good reporting skills
  • Focused on objectives and mid-long term results
  • Able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment
  • A flexible, intuitive and proactive approach, capable of dealing with ambiguity
  • French spoken is cherry on the cake

Technical Experience and Systems
  • Business software: SFCC, OneStock (OMS), CyberSource, Adyen, WMS, POS CEGID/CBR, ServiceNow, Atlassian Suite, Adyen, D365, PowerBi, ETL, Datahub, CRM solutions…
  • Collaboration: Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, Webex, TeamViewer, ITSM
  • Private Cloud: IaaS, PaaS / Public Cloud providers: Azur, AWS, Google Cloud
