Lead a team of 4 Help Analyst
Number one priority is to provide the very highest level of service to our Clients
· Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues called in from clients.
· Ensure calls are clearly documented and properly tracked.
· Provide follow up for any unresolved call issues
Must be experienced in Help Desk telephone call center support
Prior experience in leading a team and have level 1-2 experience.
