Job Description

ERP System Analyst

  • Troubleshooting & Providing End-User Support to users of the ERP system.
  • General administration of the ERP system and miscellaneous other programs as needed.
  • Analyze procedures and suggest improvements to the ERP system.
  • Documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Research and troubleshoot data issues, software errors, features & efficiency enhancements.
  • Formalize and deliver End-User training.
  • Interact with user support ticket system with ERP vendor.
  • Gather business requirements and translate to functional designs, technical specifications, user testing and deployment.
  • Coordinate with business and vendors on new software or warehouse integration as needed

  • Ideal candidate has experience in the wholesale and DTC of the fashion and apparel industry.
  • Technical background able to work with developers and business teams.
  • Able to rely on his/her strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 2+ years experience with Enterprise ERP

  • RLM, Blue Cherry or other ERP system
  • Teamwork
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Working with Jira/Confluence or other project management software
