Job Title:eCommerce Manager

  1. Own the ecommerce marketing strategy and execution.
  2. Drive profitability and revenue growth to achieve targets for B2C ecommerce channels.
  3. Work with partners to ensure consistent brand and product representation.
  4. Develop effective acquisition, merchandising, and promotion campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders.
  5. Analyze campaign and website performance and update campaign calendar and website roadmap to reflect new insights.
  6. Conduct frequent competitive analyses and develop strategies to win against competition.
  7. Other duties as assigned.



Essential Education, Skills and Experience

•          BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science

•          Possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

•          Effectively organize, prioritize, plan, and follow through on multiple assignments and projects.

•          Current and thorough knowledge of effective web design, techniques and internet technologies.

•          Think strategically to solve problems and make timely decisions.

•          Resolve conflicts and provide constructive feedback.

•          Communicate effectively to influence others and gain support to achieve results in a cooperative manner.

•          Excellent presentation and research skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude in improving our business.

•          Experience with Magento - 2.0 preferred.

•          CSS and HTML coding skills preferred.

•          Experience with cross-browser responsive web design techniques.

•          Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, digital media, and UX/UI.

•          Experience with A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics.


Key Factors:

Supervision - This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

External/Internal Customers - This position will require contact with clients, vendors, online users, and OnCourse Learning.

Confidentiality - There is access in this position to confidential company information.

Travel - The position requires limited travel.
