Job Description


We are seeking a   Content Project Manager to join growing E-Business team in the planning, management and execution of content across retailer websites and marketing campaigns.

THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE WITH A RIGHT TO HIRE. ONLY CANDIDATES THAT CAN WORK WITHOUT SPONORSHIP CAN BE CONSIDERATION.

This Role includes managing project timelines with the Global Content Team, enhancement of cross functional processes of creative briefs, reviews, approvals, on-time delivery and on-brand execution across multiple ecommerce websites. Position will work closely with cross-functional internal teams including Creative, Marketing, Copy, Sales, Sales and Education, and lead engagements with key 3P vendor partners in content syndication.


This position will manage the timely and on-brand execution of all planned online product launches and supporting digital marketing with a focus on merchandising excellence in adhering to brand guidelines and driving online conversion. Successful candidate will be a process driven expert, with proven experience in project management (agency or in-house), adept to fast-paced environment, solutions-oriented, and passionate about content.

DUTIES:

Experienced Content Project Manager to Manage Timelines, Lead Creative Briefs, Creative workflows, Content Delivery, and Knowledge Management.

  • Optimize Process, Manage Alignment/ Validation LM? Central

  • Serve as US lead & Primary Contact with Central Project Teams, and 3P & Agency Teams (where applicable)

  • Lead Adoption & Implementation of Agile Project Management (Tools & Process), create environment in which the content production process operates with high efficiency and has room to create true brand value in its output.

  • Coordinate Cross-Functionally for Stakeholder (Local & Central) Alignment, continuously manage and communicate status, risks and way forward.

  • Advocate & Influence Creative Development based on LM Needs and be an expert in industry best practices (Luxury & Prestige Beauty) and US E-Retailer Requirements/Guidelines

  • Oversee digital projects relating to product launches and e-retail campaigns, managing project timelines, ensuring internal teams are clear on deadlines and deliverables needed

  • US Engagement Lead on Content Requirements for New Content Delivery Tool 

  • Manage Content Delivery Process to Retailers and 3P Catalogues & CMS Tools

  • Manage collection & socialization of Brand Exposures & Competitive Exposures/Best In Class 

Experience:

  • 5 years of digital content production experience, preferably within beauty and/or luxury (Agency or In-House)

  • Experience working with International Cross Functional Teams

  • Experience defining process, proven track record of process implementation

  • Strong project management skills including communication, prioritization, organization, scheduling and documentation

  • Creative thinker with a solution-oriented approach and ability to identify opportunities and efficiencies

  • Familiar with project management software (Basecamp, etc), and strong knowledge of Excel, Word, MPP and PPT to help in the documentation and facilitation of tasks

  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat a plus

  • Works well in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities across multiple channel

  • Ability to multitask, and adapt to changing priority levels for ongoing projects

  • Passion for digital, with a pulse on industry trends- resident expert on US E-Retail Best Practices for Conversion

  • Highly organized, quick yet thorough and communicative

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well across all teams and levels of an organization

  • Attention to detail; able to efficiently organize projects

  • Collaborative, motivated, energetic with ability to motivate teams to produce quality work on time and budget
