Director of Social Media will be responsible for managing our social media channels and supervising the group and division social media managers. Creating content for our blog and social media sites. Training associates on social media use and best practices. Managing social media engagement. Negotiating with social media influencers. Identifying target markets for boosted posts and social media advertising. Developing creative for social media ads. Tracking ROI on social media expenditures.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE College degree, extensive experience (5+ years) in social media. Background in Public Relations a plus. Knowledge of all social media channels both for posting content and advertising. Ability to teach and train associates and interact with group and division marketing heads and presidents. Candidate must proactively face challenges while being committed to providing customers with excellent services and products. The capacity for directing others while under pressure and maintaining a high level of ethics and integrity in all dealings is a must. Strategic planning abilities, handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines and demonstrating good judgment and decision-making skills are necessities for this position. The candidate must have a proven track record of success in building effective teams and interpersonal relationships while steadfastly pushing self and others for results.

She would have to say… over the course of a 30-year career in technology, that Patti has found it satisfying to have contributed to both sides; from the evolution of computing and putting technology in the hands of the people… to now putting people with the right hands on the technology! Her goal is to continue to build a reputation as a Subject Matter Expert in the digital talent space, working with new companies and staying abreast of emergent technologies so that she may continue to service new and existing clients; and be positioned as a trustworthy and valuable partner. Outside of work, she loves to travel... mostly off the beaten path, has a knack for party hosting and loves to dance!
