MUST HAVE A MANAGEMENT CONSULTING BACKGROUND
Work anywhere in the US, able to travel across the US supporting an impressive Consumer industry client base. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP, NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.
We are seeking and experienced professional with leadership and presence to build out the practice, implement ECommerce Functional Solutions and build a team.
- Deliver end-to-end e-commerce solutions to clients including strategy, customer experience and technology work streams
- Drive discussions with clients regarding e-commerce solutions and create opportunities for The company
- Lead highly skilled client and The company work teams throughout the project lifecycle by leveraging our approaches/frameworks and helping to ensure timely execution of project deliverable s
- Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings
- Assist Partners with practice administration including: resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions
- A minimum of eight years of consulting experience in e-commerce, selling, and delivering engagements for large organizations
- Bachelor' s degree in technology, engineering, operations or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
- Experience in B2C, B2B and B2B2C e-commerce implementations preferably in the following industries: consumer and retail, life sciences, technology media and entertainment
- Deep experience in one of the following e-commerce technology platforms? Oracle (ATG), SAP (Hybris), with understanding of ERP integration
- Excellent foundational consulting skills including: strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, impactful client presence, compelling facilitation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate using PowerPoint (ability to storyboard and create a compelling value proposition)
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to travel at a significant level, as needed

She would have to say… over the course of a 30-year career in technology, that Patti has found it satisfying to have contributed to both sides; from the evolution of computing and putting technology in the hands of the people… to now putting people with the right hands on the technology! Her goal is to continue to build a reputation as a Subject Matter Expert in the digital talent space, working with new companies and staying abreast of emergent technologies so that she may continue to service new and existing clients; and be positioned as a trustworthy and valuable partner. Outside of work, she loves to travel... mostly off the beaten path, has a knack for party hosting and loves to dance!
