The Lead Digital Marketing successful candidate will be a proven digital marketing leader; providing strategic direction and overseeing all digital marketing channels (website, email, digital ads, social, etc.), creating and executing a digital roadmap that elevates our brands and delivers results. The successful candidate will work to expand integrated marketing approaches to meet strategic goals; creating and implementing robust digital marketing campaigns to increase engagement, revenue and audience. Working across product teams you will:
  • Develop and implement digital/integrated marketing strategies 
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels 
  • Understand user/customer behavior to determine optimal promotion/contact strategy for our products and services as we move audience focused marketing 
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop, implement and achieve strategic revenue, audience and engagement goals 
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement digital promotions through available channels
  • Ensure utilization of available promotable e-mail universe to garner the maximum ROI per contact
  • Work closely with the digital content team to align product or service placement where appropriate    
  • Manage e-mail creative marketing strategy (subject lines, headings, creative) and offers (sale promotions/ coupons, list segmentation) and reporting of campaign analytics
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce reporting and provide on a regular basis recaps/summary of analysis and performance with actionable recommendations/observations

 

Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands on digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FB analytics, etc.)
  • Expertise in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong strategic, analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience working with technical teams and proficiency in communicating with them
  • The ability to perform with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrate creativity and problem-solving skills and communicate complex messages to diverse audiences.
  • Team player that can partner with various groups across the organization 
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Her goal is to continue to build a reputation as a Subject Matter Expert in the digital talent space, working with new companies and staying abreast of emergent technologies so that she may continue to service new and existing clients; and be positioned as a trustworthy and valuable partner. Outside of work, she loves to travel... mostly off the beaten path, has a knack for party hosting and loves to dance!
