Job Description: The candidate for the Desktop Support Technician position will provide, under limited supervision, technical support of personal computers (PCs), printers, thin clients, wireless scanners, and servers in a network environment.  This will include the delivery, installation and setup of such systems in the end-user community within our Pendergrass warehouse.

This will include installation of approved software as well as the diagnostics of basic hardware and software problems encountered by the end-users. 

This is consultant position that requires weekdays and weekends. Note: Position will be a second shift schedule (2pm to 11pm  3x weekdays and  6am to 3pm weekends).
