Demonstrating a collaborative style and a desire to learn, this entry level position will provide support to project and application leads in ongoing improvement of enterprise-wide standard business applications and reports utilized by our accounting, land development, marketing and back office operations. Activities will include providing support to users of our accounting applications and tools, report development and managing reporting schedules utilizing our financial reporting tool, assisting with the development of technical specifications, system documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to cross-functional projects.

To qualify, you will need a Bachelor’ s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems (MIS) with up to two years of business experience, and possess a desire to pursue a career in business analysis. Outstanding customer relationship skills are essential, as is the ability to travel, which can be up to 50% during implementations. The right Analyst also enjoys meeting and speaking with new people at all levels of the organization on a regular basis.

After spending a considerable amount of time introducing him to companies, he ended up landing a job with her help, which saved him from losing his home. At the end of the day, it’s really all about fit and finding that right opportunity. Tricia saw it through because she truly cared about seeing his success!

Her goal is to be the number one recruiter for finding the right talent to support ERP packages. Tricia wants to be positioned as someone who listens and truly understands the job market- a capable counsel for job seekers looking for new opportunity. Outside of the office, she loves hiking, especially in Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor, Maine. Tricia also enjoys reading and loves to cook (she's a pescatarian).
