As a senior developer, you will provide day to day technical support to the development team on a variety of corporate projects.

This role will assist development team with building and enhancing applications related to reinsurance.

You will be responsible for key deliverables through the project life cycle from requirement, design, implementation and testing.

Job responsibilities include: Gather and analyze requirements

Research ideas and new technologies to support requirements Implement prototypes based on functional specifications

Create and enhance internally developed applications Write new and modify database stored procedures

Produce user guide and system documentation

Work together with other developers and infrastructure group in deploying reliable applications


Must have 8+ years experience working with C# and .Net Framework Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database and Snowflake

Experience with .Net Framework and MS Windows Architecture Experience with Big Data technologies Spark, Event Hub on Azure Experience with Angular 6 web stack Proficient in software development life cycle

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Experience with Catastrophe Modeling a plus

Candidate must be a team player and able to work effectively with limited supervision. Must be able to multitask in a timely and efficient manner.

Has initiative in learning new technologies.
